Shipping and Delivery

Due to the nature of our products, many items are personal-use goods. For hygiene and safety reasons:

• items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging where a return is accepted
• sealed items, intimate items, and adult products may not be eligible for return once opened, except where required by law
